The adapter works great but you need to make sure you use the right cable. You need a data transfer cable (not power only) and ideally a very thin and lightweight cable or its weight will tend to unplug from the ereader.
Useful to have but it tends to misalign quite easily. Maybe better magnets would be a good idea.

Super handy little connector. As most of my other devices are USB-C this is a must have compared to the stock cable for X3.
The connection to the USB-C is solid, and the magnets work well, you need to have the cable lined up pretty well / not twisted for the magnets to stay connected, but I think that is the same for most of these, and it isn't an issue in use.
Good To use USBC isntead of Pogo and no need to carry more than usbc cable!

With so many USB C chargers around, this is an essential purchase to avoid having to have another cable to carry with me. Not that the X3 needs charging that often.
Arrived quite quickly but please stop using these ridiculous Pogo pin chargers. It is hugely difficult to prop up the ereader so it keeps charging.
Wish we can transfer data with the cable and adapter.

Got an extra charger extension just in case. It is easy to store it, sticking it on metal shelf at the table.

Absolute garbage. Barely hangs on to the device while charging. Basically can only use it if you place it perfectly in a room with no breeze, or it will fall off.

The build quality is good, but it doesn't stick well to the Pogo pins. All it takes is a tiny movement to detach it.
Not a huge fan of this charging point. The type C was much more user friendly. This charger you have to leave your device face down whilst charging.
Not very good, magnets are weak and i think one side of the port on the device doesnt even have a magnet so the charging is very loose and you need to find a good angle to leave it
Adapter works great. Allows for the flexibility of usb-c while allowing for the slim and sleek design of the X3 that I use it for. A much needed upgrade.

I wish that this was better honestly, it's too big (heavy) for it's own good. I can't get it to actually stay connected to my x4 Pro or my x3. I just use the cable that came with my x3 and that works out to be perfect.
Though this was optional and bought it... Was already included and also my personal preference is to have full USB-C built-in.
