Your privacy choices

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time. This page explains what that means and how to make a request.

What “sale” and “sharing” mean

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising — for example, advertising that follows you across websites. Under California law, this can be a “sale” or “sharing”. You can opt out below.

How to opt out

Send an email to supportprivacy@xteink.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share”.

You do not need an account. If you want the opt-out to apply to a specific browser or device, tell us which one you used.

What happens next

We will process your request within 15 business days. We may ask you to confirm the browser or device you used, but we will not require you to create an account. We will send you a confirmation when the opt-out has been recorded.

What is not affected

Opting out does not affect your ability to shop, place an order, or receive customer support. It does not stop service providers that process data only on our instructions — for example, our store platform, payment processors, carriers, and e-mail providers. It also does not delete information we are required to keep by law.

Opting back in

You can opt back in at any time by emailing surport@xteink.com with the subject “Opt back in”.
