This page identifies the company behind this website and the person responsible for our products in the European Union. The same company operates our global store at xteink.com and our EU store at eu.xteink.com, and is the seller named on your order confirmation and invoice. We place the products offered on this Site on the market under the XTEINK trademark and are therefore their manufacturer for product safety purposes. They are produced by our manufacturing partner Shenzhen Xiaohu Xingtong Technology Co., Ltd., Unified Social Credit Code 91440300MADBW00J0R, Room 1209, Guanlan Yichuang International Center, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Xiao Hu Xing Chen Technology Limited.

Liability, law and jurisdiction

We aim to keep the Site accurate and available but do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for breach of mandatory consumer law, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for defects in a product you have bought is governed by our Terms of Sale and Warranty Policy together with the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Disputes and changes

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board; please contact us first at support@xteink.com, and you retain the right to complain to the consumer authority of your country of residence. We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services or in the law; the version and date above identify the current version, and changes materially affecting your position will be announced on the Site before they take effect.
