Arrived well packaged. Base is very solid and unexpectedly heavy! Very good value!
ordered 2 stands, they sent me 1. They offer no support and refuse to send me it claiming they packaged both and sent it to me. they sent me a video of my package being put together and told me I'm lying. I bought 2 x4pro, 2 stands, 2 pogo to USB-C, 4 cases from this company and they are refusing support/to send me my paid for, missing stand. I'll never buy products from them again and don't recommend anyone to as well until they fix their customer support.
Like - Great little charging stand.
Dislike - XTEINK keeps getting my shipping info wrong. Always incomplete . Usually have to call courier company to add more info
