- Xteink online shop can not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO military addresses in the United States.

SHIPPING SERVICE
All shipping services include tracking information. When the order is fulfilled, tracking information will be automatically sent to you. Email support@xteink.com directly if you did not hear from us.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Xteink is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Fill in your city and zip code, and try to match it with DHL's system. We can only ship if your address is accepted by the DHL system. Fill in wherever a place, such as shipping origin, is fine if necessary.
Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Also, the APO, FPO, or DPO address is not accepted.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or courier service used. XTEINK is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been shipped and handed over to the carrier.
