Customers report the tempered glass protector offers good thickness and protection, but faces challenges with application difficulty and bubble formation. Several shoppers noted sizing issues causing edge lifting, particularly when used with cases. Packaging concerns were raised with damaged/dented boxes upon arrival.

Hard to install
A lot easier to install than the plastic 'thing' that comes with the x4 pro.
one came w extremely dented box and it had a crack at the sides so only left one usable.
I like having a screen protector on the reader, but do know that it already comes with one!
Very slow dispatch and delivery
It's a good one but please secure it in the box. The extra tempered glass was sent without any protection
The glass protector itself is nice and thick. That said, it appears to be just slightly too large for the screen, and even when perfectly aligned it is held up slightly around the edges. This causes bubbles around the edges to come back over and over again.
